Hello all, i have completed my CA final in May'07 and so far not applied for membership. Because i have not completed my GMCS course. Is there any time restriction to get membership from ICAI after qualifying CA exam?

I also have the same query as i have passed out in Nov.'05 but till now i have not completed my GMCS.
You need to attach a copy of your GMCS completion certificate along with your application for membership. This is a mandatory requirement. Hence you cannot apply for membership until you complete your GMCS.
