Membership Fees

My articleship training is going to complete in Feb. 2009. I want to know that whether Form 108 (Completion of Articleship Training) and Form 2 (Application for Registration as a Member) can be sent on the same dates. Or I have to wait for sometime.

The annual membership fee is Rs. 600. Will it be from Feb. 2009 to Jan. 2010 or for calender year ending Dec. 2009?

Please guide me.
