Membership enrollment in self service portal

Hi all,

I have cleared my final exams on 13-08-2019. However, to fill Form 2 for membership enrollment in the ICAI self service portal, the option is not showing in my account.

My final course was expired in 2014 and haven't re-registered yet..so the course status is shown as lapsed.

Is that the problem?? But I have been writing the exams till now and they haven't withheld my results for not getting re-registered!!

So should I re-register final course again for form 2 to be visible? Or is it any other problem??

Plz guide me.
