apply karne ke bad kitne din me member ship no. aata hain

i have filled form 112 during my articleship but in ssp portal when i updated qualifucation detail it is saying that your bcom detail is clashing with articleship u have to fill 112 with condonation fees of 10000 because of it i am unable to apply for membership as form 2 is not coming on portal please help
