One of my Client "X" has a HUF in which he along with his wife (Y) and 2 sons (A and B) are the co-parceners and members. Now 1 of his children (A) get married with "C". Now my questions are:
1. Whether X can add his son's wife "C" in his HUF?
2. If A has created his seperate HUF, then his wife "C" will be member in his husband's HUF. Can she be a member in the HUF of Father in Law "X". if Yes then whether she can be a member in both of the HUF i.e in HUF of Father in Law "A" and his Husband's HUF "A"
