Can A Partnership firm and any Partner of that firm become a share holder in the company ?
If partner become a member of the Company then whats the provisions

Answer to your 1st query is Yes.
a firm can't bcome member in company bcoz: it has not legal status but company can bcome partner in firm and partner can hold as nominee of firm.please to check out companies act if u don't have faith
