1)A natural person shall not be a member of more than a OPC and the said person shall not be a nominee of more than a OPC.
2)Where a natural person being member in OPC becomes member in another such company by virtue of his being a nominee in that OPC, such person shall meet the eligibility criteria,
my doubt is in first point a natural person can't be member of more than a OPC and in second point contravarcy of first point please clear me,

Yes...as per first point it's correct as per the provisions
But if a natural person is already a member of an OPC and such person becomes a Member by virtue of being Nominee in another OPC...in such case such person should decide in which OPC he shall continue as a member by filing a form...within 30 days from the date of becoming eligible to be a member of another OPC...thus one person cannot be a member of two OPC's...
