Dear Sir,
Can AGM/Board Meeting be started during the Lunch time of the company? As per the act AGM can be held during the business hours. Can we exclude the lunch time for holding the AGM/Board meeting?
Plz urgent reply.

In case of Board Meeting it can be held at any time.
Further, in case of AGM, it must be held in business hours. Lunch time is within the business hours thus
AGM can be started with the lunch time of the company.
