I would rather suggest you to get a Mediclaim Policy from an Agent rather than buying online policy .
On a practical note only a competent agent can your Claim passes.
Yes.. agree with hitesh.. policy bazaar is to do some self research on what are your wants and budgets before u set of to strike a better bargain with prescribed agent
