I have purchased a mediclaim policy for three years and payment made in lumsump in first year only. Can I claim deduction u/s 80D in every year 15000/- upto three years as max limit is 15000 for individual below 60 years for self, spouse and children or in only first year amount 15000/- only.

The deduction will be allowed only for one year subject to maximum of rs. 15000/-.
As you have paid mediclaim premium only in the first year deduction will be available only in first year.
