If any employer maintain a hospital for treatment of his employee  and in some cases due to incapability to provide treatment  hospital advice to the employee to get treatment outside. and the cost incurred on such treatment is reimbursed by employer, whether such reimbursement is taxable under section 17(2) of income tax act,1961

Reimbursement exceeding Rs.15000 should get taxable u/s 17(2).
