payment of medical surgery of parents, expenses there son can claim in the deduction part?
If incase they claim what's the limit & section?

Yes, only if parents are senior citizen and do not have Mediclaim policy, under Sec. 80D of IT act, maximum limit Rs. 50,000/-
In case of some specific diseases sec. 80DD of IT act is also applicable.
