The whole of the amount paid on account of medical expenditure incurred on the health of any parent of the assessee, as does not exceed in the aggregate fifty thousand rupees:

Two pertinent points:
1. Have u declared in your company data sheet..
that your parents are dependant?
2. your entire medical expenses subject to a max. of Rs.50000.
As per sec 80D
clause[d] the amount paid on account of medical expenditure incurred on the health of any parent of the assessee, as does not exceed in the aggregate 50000/-

Provided that the amount referred clause [d] is paid in respect senior citizen and no amount has been paid to effect or to keep in force an insurance on the health of such person

Soo you can claim medical expenses upto
Rs.50000
