Details of any disease?              (for which surgery operated)

Upto 50000 rupees

Section 80D Rs.25,000 or Rs.50,000 as the case may be towards insurance premium paid on health of self, spouse and dependent children and Rs.5, 000 in respect of payment made towards preventive health checkup of self, spouse, dependent children or parents. However, the deduction of Rs.5,000 is counted within the overall limit of Rs.25,000 or Rs.50,000 as the case may be.

Sections 80DD Deduction up to maximum of Rs.75,000 for medical treatment of a dependent who is a person with disability (Rs.1,20,000 for severe disability)

Section 80 DDB Sum actually paid or Rs.40,000, whichever is lower towards the treatment of specific diseases as stated in the act. Maximum deduction amount in case of a senior citizen is Rs.1,00,000.

I dont have any Insurance policy for any of the family members.

The expenses incurred where for Surgery and i paid by credit card

She is not disabled she is normal child.

(Do you mean to say expenses are not covered in 80D and  only premium paid is allowed)

I mean to say in this case you can not claim.
