Hi everyone !!!

Is RCM applicable on "Medical Advisory Services" received from doctors ?? If Yes, Pls explain / provide specific section/ rules/ circular etc.

RCM is applicable only on specified list of services as per notification No. 13/2017-cgst Medical advisory services are not covered in the said list
