wether branch sale comes under the meaning of supply?I mean only supply not taxable supply

branch is distinct entity and branch sale be treated as normal sales only. it is taxable supply

As per Schedule I the supply of Goods or services between related or Disticnt person is considered as supply .

Disticnt person are specified in section 25(4) of CGST Act : Person who has obtain more than one registration in a state or more than one state shall be in respect of each registration treated as disticnt person.

Hence any branxh sale is treated as supply under GST
