This email from the MCA21 Administrator is usually sent to Private Limited companies because the Independent Auditor’s Report (IAR) was either not uploaded or the uploaded report was incomplete/incorrect while filing the Annual Return or Financial Statements on the MCA portal.
MCA requires the Independent Auditor’s Report as part of compliance for companies where audit is mandatory. If it's missing or not properly attached, the system flags it and asks for re-submission.
So basically, it’s a compliance reminder to upload or correct the Auditor’s Report in your filing.
If you or your client have already filed, you need to log in and check the filed documents, then re-upload the correct auditor’s report and resubmit. Otherwise, the filing will remain incomplete and may attract penalties or processing delays.
