on 29th and 30th oct mca site is not working properly. so we could not filed our co. return 23ac and 23aca.
now whether we have to pay additional fees for filing 23ac and 23aca after 30th oct.09. agm date is 30th sept. 2009.
we are not defaulty . due to not working of mca server we could not filed co. return.

Yes, now additional fees is to be paid after 30th October 2009 for AGM dated 30th September 2009. Companies Act provides 30 days time for filing of Form 23AC & 23ACA. If your client do'nt wake up and provide information in time, let him pay this additional fees. Non working or slow working of MCA website is no excuse.
