I have applied for new company incorporation. I received the following email from MCA which is puzzling me. Have a look at the email content below-

Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is to inform you that in term of the provisions under Regulation 17 of the Companies Regulations, 1956, the above-cited Form1A dated ___  filed     vide SRN ____ has been examined and marked as Sent for resubmission with the following remarks- "The keyword is a TM"

_______

Please tell me what does this means? Is this means that the name I opted for my company is not available or something else.

The key word might be a registered trademark

it thinks it is registered Trade marks or matching with a registered Trade mark

it means registered trademark

You ll ve to search d trademark in mca site and then apply for form 1A again
