MCA Run application

It will expire after 20 days. In this case you have 2 option

1. Submit  incorporation forms  with  Explanation  that you had applied the name but due to some issue, you are unable to file the forms within time line.

- Please do attach the name approval letter with the explanation.

- Recently I have incorporated the company whose name was expired on  21^st March, 2020

2. For safe side raise ticket for asking extension with in 2 working days your ticket will be resolved.

Recently in this lock down period 28^th March 2020 was last date for re submission for spice + in this regard we have raised the ticket for to grant extension and our issue was solved on same day MCA grant extension.
