In MCA,
one CA registered 1st part of the registration of the comapny like Form18 & form2 submitted then CA went out and than those work shifted to another CA ,so can he do the remaining work?

Dear Rupesh,
Kindly provide more details.. i.e. exactly what you want to ask? Because when all forms i.e. Form 18, 32 and 1 have been filed, then the remaining process would be completed at MCA level, thereafter that CA is not required as such.
And if you saying that CA has completed Form 1, 18 and then left out, and another CA is filing Form 32... but such case is not possbile, as these forms are filled one-after-another... there is no time gap between these forms.. and as such form hasn't yet been filed... then ask second CA to digital sign the previous forms also i.e. 1, 18... as the form hasn't yet been filed, so, you will not face problem in changing forms using DSC of second CA.
