As per MCA circular no.70 dated 15.12.2011, the time for filling form DIN-4 by Din holders for furnishing PAN & updating PAN details has been extended upto 29.02.2012.
Whether PAN was furnished or not at the time of making DIN application can be known by any of the following steps:
(I) Download Form-1A
(II) Tick against incorporating a new company IN Point-1
(III) Go to point-15 & enter DIN no of the concerned director
(IV) Click Pre-fill
(V) After clicking pre-fill if the PAN no is shown in the Income tax PAN box then it was you can be sure that it the PAN was provided at the time application.
