Please take note of MCA Notification GSR 352(E) Dt 10.05.2012 Effective from 20.05.2012
Companies having declared dividend, which is unclaimed need to identify the unclaimed amounts and file Form 5 INV
with MCA. For FY Ending 31.03.2011, the E-form 5 INV to be filed by 31.07.2012.
Please refer the Notification for more details.

Dear Members,
The said notification mentions filing of details for the year ended 31/03/2011.
Does it menan we are not supposed to file relevant form for years before that? i.e. for dividend declared in the years say 2008-2009 and 2009-2010 we are not supposed to file the said information?
