Our Consultant (Company Secretary) filed DPT3 & other annual returns - whatever all.
Now from our side we want to login on mca site and see the documents & other figure uploaded.
On MCA site general information & acknowledgements are available online without login, but what figures were uploaded in forms/returns are not available to see.
Our Consultant logged in through their own id at time of filing forms, they are not ready to share their login id with us.
Now if Director of Company wants to see what documents/figure were uploaded, how can he see?
Consultant says we cannot see that, we have to do this through them only.
Q1: why the owner (Director) cannot see his own account on MCA? why only consultant can see through his own login?
Please help, we want to see MCA - documents uploaded without contacting the consultant every time.
