But there is query , in Point No. 3 of circular it is mentioned that "decided to relax the additional fees payable"  it implies complete relaxation or partial relaxation.

relaxation is only for the additional fee.Normal filing fee is applicable on the forms.Right now filing fee is not appearing on MCA fee calculator for related forms i.e.,AOC 4/xbrl  and MGT7.

Relaxation is for additional fee only.

This would mean we are not required to file Form 23AC, 23ACA & 20B even if the AGM is held before 30th, June, 2015 for F.Y. 2014-15

Yes no need to file 23ac & 23aca & 20b. wait for mca to notify the form.

Whether Form MGT-14 (For approval of financial statment) and ADT-1 are required to be filed now as per due dates or with Form AOC-4 & MGT-7

MGT14 & ADT1 IS TO BE FILED AS PER THE DUE DATE

MGT-14 for approval of financial statement is to be filed within 30 days from board meeting or within 30 days from AGM.

And for Form ADT-1 time limit of 15 days is to be counted from which date?

MGT14 WITHING 30DAYS OF THE DATE OF BOARD MEETING AND ADT1 WITHIN 15DAYS FROM THE FROM THE DATE OF AGM. 

Ajali Jain rightly said, MGT 14 should be filed within 30 from date of approval of account in Board Meeting and ADT-1 should be filed within 15 days from date of AGM.
