My One private limited company registered successfully and on MCA site company master data showing all details............... but still PAN and TAN pending and COI also not issued .... please suggest me ... what is the reason and solution ................ most urgent .....please reply

Maximum 2 days mca will notify the incorporation but as your company is registered successfully but still pan and tan and coi not issued, you should contact helpdesk of mca regarding that
Register a grievance at MCA portal from your login id
Check with NSDL
