MCA Circular:-Annual Reports and Notices through Email

Hello All

Please find attached MCA Circular dated 29.04.2011.

MCA has clarified that in pursuance to Green Initiative, all  Notices / Explanatory Statements,

Balance Sheet, P/L Account , Auditors/Directors Report can be sent to Members via Email

provided their email addresses are registered with Company.

If E-mails are not registered with Company, then such above documents to be sent as per other

mode of despatch of such documents.

If Members are looking for physical copy, the same shall be furnished to them on their demand.
