yuppp,,, bt some times it will also depend on for what purpose you hv filled e-Form - 61,,,,..

so do wait , check from the trac transaction status every day and you can also talk with your ROC help desk person for the same.

Generally every forms,except taken on record on STP are approved within 1 or 2 days...

Under STP mode wherein the professionals have certified the forms it approved autocatically.

Under the MCA21 e governance programme set up by the Ministry of Company Affairs, you are expected to submit your application through the Facilitation Centers / Physical Front Offices established by the Govt where no charges are payable for the services rendered. There are also Certified Filing Centers (CFC) for the purpose. You have to submit the relevant application along with the supporting documents at the above centers which they will verify and then send to ROC. If u have not followed the above procedure, you may not get any approval from the ROC.
