i submitted form 1A for a private limited company
My desired Name is Shivalya Infratech Private Limited
i checked name availability & found that no one company have similar name.
But Form 1A status is required resubmission & default is resembling name.
When I called to MCA they said that one company has similar Name which is listed in U.P.
Can it might be possible that name availability option of portal show only few names

I don't think so because the resembling company name as informed to you by RoC, can be searched at MCA21 portal.
