HOW CAN I VIEW THE DETAILS OF THE DORMANT COMPANY ON THE MCA WEBSITE. I CANNOT SEE UPTO WHICH DATE THE COMPANY HAS SUBMITTED THE ANNUAL RETURNS

When you open the company master data on MCA 21,
it will at the at the bottom of the master data display something like :
"default in filing for FY 08-09"
I dont remeber the exact wordings, but it does say something like that,
from this you can identify for which years annual filing is pending
U can also see date upto which returns are filed from "view public documents" column available at mca site...
