I would like to know is MBP Form still applicable under Companies Act,2013 for the current financial year, as it was introduced under the new act only.

MBP-1 is still applicable for disclosure of interest.

But can u still confirm the same as there are mixed views on it, some say that there has been an amendment for disclosure and its not valid.
The amendment is related to filing of mgt-14 for disclosure of director's interest. There is no amendment in section 184.
With effect from 19th march, 2015 no need to file the resolution for taking note of disclosure of directors' interest in mgt 14.
