does old Syllabus final student has a chance to appear in may 2021 with old Syllabus

Yes as per ICAI may 2021 is last attempt for old
any news if old syllabus attempt will be extended to Nov'21. what about the students who were compelled to opt out in NOV'20 , to May '20. they have missed one attempt. shouldnt they get another attempt
