Which book do we refer for DT (final old course) for case laws puproses ?

Hi Adittya,

if you are referring any authors book for DT, probably case laws will form a part of it. Otherwise, institute has integrated case laws in the study material as a separate section.

You can refer to Bhawar Borana Sir's Case law book.

Thanks for taking time out and replying. I am using Bangar's book for DT and IDT. As you say, I should stick to the case laws given it.
