please tell me the changes in financial reporting paper for may 2015 exam..what all I need to study...

There are no major changes as compared to Nov2014 exams in addition u need to know schedule iii of company's Act 2014 that's it.
I have heard their are some major changes in the chapter of consolidation... is it so?
No major changes....can be covered in 3 hours....basically there are no changes just concept of consolidation is recognised in schedule iii
Sir/Madam....I commenced my articleship on 17th sept 2012 I have taken leave of 140 days from my past employer....total no of days taken with my present employer is NIL......am i elligble for may 2015 atempt...pllz reply

That depends on when you've terminated your articleship with your past principal and when you've commenced your articleship with your existing principal.
