May 2011 Law Amendments

Hey all,

Heard it through the grapevine (once again!)...there are some significant changes (or should I call them amendments) in the Law Syllabus it seems ? Especially in the Companies Act?
 For students of the Nov exam (like myself), who are still stuck with the old Munish Bhandari's and study material....
what exactly are these changes? And how sweeping are they?
