MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PARTNERS IN LLP

JUST NOW I CAME TO KNOW FROM A FELLOW PROFESSIONAL THAT NO MAXIMUM NUMBER IS SPECIFIED IN THE LLP BILL-2008.

IS HE RIGHT?

there is no limit fixed for maximum no. of partners in a LLP.

but  Minimum  2  Partner  Defined

the very purpose of d concept of llp is to give partnership ,corporate characteristics without changing the legal status from firm to company....so obviously if abny upper limit is imposed on the no. of members,then the very purpose of llp will be defeated..so no max. limit
