Can any body tell me whether preference shareholders are included in total no. of shareholders while calculating 50 no. in case of pvt ltd co.
Pls reply with proper sections and notifications if any.

Yes pl. Preference Shareholders are also members of the company. [Refer Sec.41(2)].
No, beacuse pref sharehldr name is not registrd in registr of membr , if registrd then it will count in a limit of 50.
