Maximum late fees under 3B in case of tax liability
I don't submit my 3B from oct 2018 onwards. what is my max late fees in case i file my 3B return of tax liability in all the month ( ie it is not a nil return) .

50/- per day ( 25/- Under CGST act + 25/- under SGST act)
But Maximum late fees is 5000( CGST) and 5000( SGST) ??
Per month mac cgst 5000 and sgst 5000
