Maximum age for a ca student to get a job as a fresher

Hi,

I have completed my CPT and have also done 8 months and 20 days of training but because I was enrolled as per old regulation and transfered myself to new one therefore I have to complete a period of 3 and half years of training.

I am in a bit of confusion as currently my age is 26, considering that I clear my IPCC and Final exams at first attempt plus my training I am going to be 30,then will I get a job as a fresher in any company and if yes then will others who have done CA at much less age than mine be getting a weightage over me.

Please help me,it's important as my career is based on it,shall I go on with CA or quit it?
