Matter of professional return

Though it is a risk but i think there is no option except this that u can make a rough detail of the students studying there and fee structure and file ITR-4 

under rule 44AA books of accounts are mandatory, as it would be required for not only incometax, but profession tax, service tax, so make rough books of accounts atleast before filing any return.

get help with fees book system and banking accounts, payroll etc.

I agree with Deepali. Some efforts will have to be made to compile the accounts, at least tentative. He must maintain proper books thereafter.
