Kindly tell me what to do when party say we not received any material from your side when we ask about payment. ??? i have no transport receipt ??????

Firstly you'd done wrong by not keeping the receipt of transport agency. Where is the invoice issued by you, no one can do such things .
You can contact contact the transport provider to issue you a duplicate receipt or at least a written statement of records to prove that the material was delivered.
