Material not fully cleared under ct-1

Dear Sir,

We are the manufacturer of Nuts bolts and recently we clear our material against CT-1 but at the time removal we have not been clear full material as per CT-1 and now we don't want to clear the balance material,now the party demanding for document which we proof the balance material will not be clear by us in the future. in the case I want to ask you what documents has to be maintain to proof this, and what documents has to be submit in excise department.
