I am filing a return of company in which i have a problem incacuclation of MAT.
as per books profit is of Rs. 11400/-, which includes Dividend income of Rs. 24000/- & Rent Income of Rs.72000/-, .
whether both should be considered while calculating MAT of Co.????
please give me proper guidance,

As per section 115JB dividend income can be reduced from book profit while caculating MAT and hence the same will be reduced and hence you will have book loss u/s 115JB also and hence no need to pay MAT.
No seperate treatement can be given for rent i. e. neither to be added or subtracted for MAT.
