Marksheet not received

First check the postoffice It migt be that It has reached and they have not delivered.....then post your query at e-sahayaata....i.e  help.icai.org/   . they will explain you further,   All you will need to do is  to prepare a demand draft of  100 rupees per copy of duplicate marksheet and send it to the address they give along with an application.    

and yes make sure you fill in the right options at e- sahayata or else you might not get the response....
