i have cleared my 2nd group of CA Final but flunked in 1st one...Will i get marksheet of 2nd group..? is there any procrdural requirement?

you will get marksheet even when you have not cleared.. you have nothing to do in this..
is it posted to our contact address or we have to do something?

Yes marksheet will come to your permanent address in any case. You don't need to do anything for that.
