I passed my ipcc exams in november 2015 the result of which was declared on 1st feb. I have not yet received my marksheet. Has everyone else received theirs? Should I contact icai or wait a little more?

Sometimes due to logistical issue, it may get delayed. Have patience for couple more weeks, you will get it. Even after that if you don't get , you can call Institute to find out the status of your marksheet.
