Marks increased in verification/certified copies may 2018

NO 1 has received certified copies yet??

I applied for certified copy on 18th Aug and have not yet received any mail from icai . And status in my icai acc shows application under process. how should i go about the same. 

I applied for verification on 30th july and still my application is under process

I applied on 24-07-2018 and i have also recieved the link to my certified copies pretty much within 30 days.

But when i check my outcome it says "certified copies hosted". What does this mean? Does the process end here with assumption that there is no increase in marks? Or the status change where it might give a clear indication whether there is any change in marks or no?
