I don't want to fight with anyone here, also I have received a lot of abuse for telling that CA's are not into startups. But thanks for providing links to yourstory site as they are really great articles, read them all. However, Mr KM Birla didn't start AB Group, it's not a startup. Same with Deepak Parekh, Aditya Puri, Deepak Parekh, etc etc. I have included in my "controversial" post that there was a generation of CA's who have made it big in business and investments, but the new generation lacks that attitude. And before you say that there are some people who only spread  negative views about the course, then here is my reply: This is the best course in world, you need balls of steel to become a CA. Not for the fain hearted. I in no way will spread negative views about the course.

FM Arun Jaitley said in an Interview, that He wanted to be a CA, that time also CA Exam was very difficult to pass. He then did LAW, he quouted "LAW was difficult to FAIL, whereas CA was difficult to PASS"

Rakesh Jhunjhunwala   said, CA is the best course, it teaches life lessons, one can enter into Accounts, Tax, Finance, Audit, Management, Company Law, Practice, Stock Market, Corporate Jobs, Entrepreneurship. No other course has so much variations what a CA can afford to do.

UK ACCA President said, Most of the TOP COMPANIES in UK has got INDIAN CA's in their Board of Directors. the Same applies to US Top Companies and Wall Street as well.

It's a well known fact that CA's are versatile genius, they are into every possible thing, be it in corporates, politics, e-commerce, real estates, film making, practice, stock market, other businesses, sports administrations, you name it, you will get CA's everywhere.

Indian Financial Service (IFS) is in process, like IAS, IPS, this will boost CA's Image more and will help the Govt, and the society at large.
