Assesse engage in relabling of product using the brand name of other wheather it amount to manufacturing or not under sec. 2(f) of excise and product also coverd under schedule 3 of CETA

How can you ask someone's professional's advice on such incomplete question ?
labellin or re-labelling of a product amounts manufacture only if it is a specified goods in the Third schedule of CETA.If your prodct fall in that category it is deemed as manufactured.[Sec.2(f)(iii) of Central Excise Act].
