DEAR EXPERTS,

CAN A MANUFACTURER SHOULD BE A MERCHANT EXPORTER AND STORE EXCIASABLE GOODS WITHOUT PAYMENT OF DUTY. PL. EXPLAIN PROCEDURE.

Sir,

The goods procured under CT-1 certificate should not be brought into any other Central Excise registered premises for any purpose.  The goods procured against CT-1 under BOND should cleared under ARE-1 from the factory of manufacture with duly signed by you as a merchant exporter and your supplier as a manufactrer.
